Assisting Master and liaison with Charterer's loading masters, planner & stevedores in successfully loading 82 meters long 54 windmill blades
Collision Investigation
Representing owner's P&I as well as H&M underwriters to investigate circumstances leading to incident as well nature & extent of both the vessels involved in a T BONE collision at deep water channel, Gulf Of Kutch, Okha.
ODC Loading Supervision
Representing owner's P&I for loading of 2 x 160 MT engine along with 4 x 60 MT Generator sets on board. Vessel also loaded project cargo such as trucks pipes and other equipment.
Crane Jib Collapsed
Assisted Charterer's in recovering their claim in arbitration.
The vessel's crane collapsed as the luffing wire parted in two.
Port Property Damage
Protecting Vessel/Owners interest by expediting discharging and mitigating losses by avoiding delays. Investing cause & nature & extent of damage to shore mechanical discharging system at Tuna, Kandla.

Protecting charterer's interest by analyzing cause of damage to crane pedestal and further rocking test of other 3 cranes at Navlakhi Anchorage.
